Eric Alstrom, age 47, became President and Chief Executive Officer of Sauer-Danfoss on September 10, 2012. He was named to the Company’s board of directors on October 5, 2012. Mr. Alstrom has 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, most recently as Managing Director at Benteler Automotive, a large privately held German company specializing in lightweight chassis and parts for the automotive industry. Jesper V. Christensen, age 43, has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sauer-Danfoss since May, 2009.  He is also Treasurer of the Company.  Prior to joining Sauer-Danfoss, Mr. Christensen was Vice President, Finance, IT & HR in the Motion Controls division of Danfoss A/S.  He joined Danfoss in 1993.

Mr. Christensen has a M.Sc. degree in Economics & Business Administration from the University of Southern Denmark. 

Thomas Kaiser, age 52, was appointed Executive Vice President & President – Hydrostatics Division on January 1, 2013. In his new role, he will also have responsibility for the Company’s Joint Venture Partners in Asia. Mr. Kaiser has been with Sauer-Danfoss for 20 years, most recently as Vice President, Propel. Prior to this he has held several leadership positions throughout the Company’s Propel division, as well as serving as General Manager for the Company’s German entities. ... 

Marc Weston, age 44, has been Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer of Sauer-Danfoss since April, 2010.  Prior to joining Sauer-Danfoss, he had been employed by The Timken Company for 18 years, most recently serving as Vice President Strategic Planning. 

Mr. Weston currently serves on the board of directors of the National Fluid Power Association.

Anne Wilkinson, age 47, was appointed Executive Vice President – Human Resources of Sauer-Danfoss in November 2010.  She has been with Sauer-Danfoss for more than 10 years, most recently serving as Vice President – Human Resources.  She has 20 years of experience in Human Resources leadership roles. Prior to returning to Sauer-Danfoss she had been employed by Nationwide Insurance serving as Officer, Human Resources.

Kenneth McCuskey, age 59, has been Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Sauer-Danfoss since December, 2004.  He is also Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Company.  Mr. McCuskey has been with Sauer-Danfoss for more than 24 years, serving in various management positions in the areas of Finance and Accounting. 

Mr. McCuskey is a Trustee of Mary Greeley Medical Center (a city-owned hospital).
